Who am I?
I'm Sofia.
A 24-year-old girl living with borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, and suspected bipolar II disorder. I'm a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, domestic abuse, and a former child in care.
I felt trapped by my situation and coped by retreating into the darkest corners of my mind. I firmly believed that I would never escape, nor would I live long enough for that day to come.
But, I did.
now what?
I'm embarking on a life-long journey to create the life I deserve.
One that accommodates my illnesses, allows for a continuous pursuit of self-development, and provides inner fulfillment.
